Welcome to the Sierra Vista Performing Arts Society Home Page!
The Sierra Vista Performing Arts Society headquarters are located in the San Joaquin Valley in the city of Bakersfield, California. While many of our members are Bakersfield natives, others come from cities all over California. The purpose of Sierra Vista Performing Arts Society, is to bring people from different backgrounds together to share the excitement of performing. Whether it's brass, color guard, battery, or percussion, everyone shares the common pastime of putting on a great show while having a ton of fun! |
Important Dates
July 24, 2005- Rehearsal from 9am to 12pm at the park across from Woody's on Truxtun Extention. Woody's for lunch after, so bring your lunch money!

We have some horns, but please bring yours if you have one, even if it is a Bb or F horn. We'll have music for G, Bb, and F. |
Important News
Our drum and bugle corps, del Sol, is in need of horns to play and people to play them. If you are interested in joining, donating your time, or even selling your horn, please contact us. Do you enjoy dancing? Can you spin a flag or a rifle? We need you! If you are a percussionist, we would love for you to become a member! |
